Therefore, shut up. Shut up and listen!
We are so in need of being seen, of being heard, of being understood, and we forget to hear others, see others, understand others. We are so in need of feeling loved.
So shut up, and start with you.
Be quiet. Start listening. Seeing. Let others speak their truth and rest in what they said.
Rest.
Let the moment rest in you. And when there is nothing else being said, wait yet another moment and rest.
Be quiet.
Feel what they said, give it time so it can sink in.
Feel their truth.
Listen to your heartbeat. Feel the silence. And if you still have something in your heart, that needs to be said, speak it quietly.
